Sales Director – Bakery Ingredients Location: Home based £120k - £140k DOE + Highly attractive bonus + Package The business: A well-established £multi-million UK Bakery Ingredients supplier to the bakery, B2B, food manufacturing and foodservice sectors with a reputation for second-to-none customer service, quality, honesty & integrity Currently experiencing a period of unprecedented growth with ambitious but equally achievable plans for continued double digit growth over the next 5 years to reach a turnover of c£100m Their culture puts the customer at the heart of the business providing an unparalleled service from every facet of the business As a key part of their continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit a Sales Director In the role you should expect to: Develop & lead the execution of their 5-year strategic plan through your technical expertise, network in Bakery Ingredients and leadership capabilities Report to the CEO, and be fully P&L accountable for current and new business targets – with an emphasis very much on the latter Identify and bring other strategic commercial opportunities to the business Maintain and build a high-performing commercial team, optimising company processes & systems and providing support to the wider business and other departments.
