The Principal Designer Role

As a Principal Designer, you will work closely with industry experts to deliver essential design risk management services.

• Work on an exciting array of projects, from small residential schemes to complex, multi-phase developments, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
• Responsible for providing health and safety advice during the design phase, managing pre-construction information, and contributing to hazard identification and mitigation.

The Successful Principal Designer Must Have

• Previous experience in delivering Principal Designer services under CDM 2015.
• A background in construction or design.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or a similar health and safety qualification.
• Membership with IOSH or APS would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and positive approach.
