Management Accountant

Location: Cambridge Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site I have exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation who are recruiting for a Management Accountant for their site located in Cambridge. This role will play a key part in providing financial information to the UK Operations of the business from monitoring labour costs, raising PO's , weekly P&L flash reports, product costings to financial analysis of the businesses data. Key Responsibilities Lead the month-End preparation and full close Post Journals and provide variance analysis Support with the annual budget and forecasting for the site support with weekly flash reporting Prepare labour costs, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and post month end files Support with costings, whilst working closely with the Senior Accountant Business partner with the wider business to support with Financial decisions Qualifications and Skills Part-Qualified (ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by experience Experience working within a manufacturing environment will be desirable Self-motivated, and confident with business partnering Willingness to learn and continue developing Advanced excel and knowledge of financial systems If you are eager to make a significant impact as a Management Accountant, we would love to hear from you.
