Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager Preston £70k - £80k + car allowance and package We are currently working with a privately owned, regional contractor who turnover £30m, and specialise in new build and refurbishments of hotels, student accommodation, commercial and residential works across the North of England, typically valued up to £15m. They secure the majority of their work through repeat business, frameworks and tender.  Due to recently securing a number of new schemes including high-rise residential and commercial projects, they are now looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee works on site. Key Requirements Include: Contracts Management experience working on commercial, hospitality and apartment schemes. All work is in the North West, so you must be able to commute. Strong communication skills when liaising with clients and site team.
