Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and secure key client relationships. This is a senior leadership position, crucial to the company’s growth strategy, and demands a track record of excellence in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in target markets.
· Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the sales team.
· Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and account management, to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
· Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the executive leadership team.
· Stay abreast of market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance business visibility and attract clients.
Key Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, in the waste management, recycling, or environmental services industry.
· Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing complex client portfolios, and delivering growth.
· Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate market opportunities into sales success.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
