VP Legal & Business Affairs Non-Scripted We are looking for an experienced TV lawyer to join a well-established Media company to lead the non-scripted legal function for the UK factual and factual entertainment division. The in house legal team supports the business across a variety of disciplines to include distribution, live promotion, talent management and content productions in the UK and prides itself on being collaborative, commercially astute and effective. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will be responsible for negotiating development, financing, and production of factual and factual entertainment content along with the financing with commissioning broadcasters, co-producers and third part financiers. Key talent agreements also are a large part of this role as well as programme clearance and compliance. Candidates will have a proven track record of successfully partnering with the business and be commercially astute and have substantial knowledge and a passion for the entertainment industry. This is a permanent role.
