***6 months Fixed Term Contract or Contractor Only*** Location: United Kingdom (Ideally able to commute to our Maidenhead office) Mandatory prior experience implementing HRIS and strong Analytical Skills Job Purpose We have recently implemented a new global HRIS system, replacing a number of legacy systems. As part of the HRIS & Data team you will be focused on improving data quality, reporting accuracy and supporting the rollout of related system enhancements. You will be focused on identifying gaps and inconsistencies in HR systems data, and working with local HR teams to correct these. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing process and system enhancements which will eliminate these issues from occurring again. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, including HRIT and Payroll, on how best to resolve these, implementing solutions. Finally, you will be responsible for testing and training local HR teams. About RWS HR Our business is nothing without our people. Key Responsibilities Identifying data & reporting issues through analysing raw data and reports, looking for patterns, gaps and exceptions. Working with local HR teams to correct the data and identify root cause of the issues, including managing short, focused initiatives in a creative way to maximise engagement Developing and testing solutions to prevent these occurring again, including reporting, system enhancements and process improvements. Developing in-depth understanding of regional requirements and wider stakeholder needs, including Payroll, IT, Finance and others. Collaborating with these groups to find permanent, sustainable and efficient solutions. You enjoy sharing knowledge with the team and becoming an expert on data and processes, and you thrive on delivering quality work with a very high attention to detail; Excellent time management skills Practical experience with Microsoft Excel Excellent problem solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis High attention to details Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills High level of English is a must! Experience of using process improvement approaches preferred
