The Role: We are looking for a driven professional to strengthen our client’s online category presence. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Build and maintain strong relationships with online trade buyers to become their preferred category partner. Develop and implement online category growth plans and strategies to enhance sales of brand portfolio. Drive excellence in product visibility, merchandising, navigation, and shopper experience across e-commerce platforms. Analyse customer data and industry insights to inform promotional strategies, product range optimisation, and merchandising improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Planning, to align category strategies and ensure effective execution. About You: Strong background in Category Management, particularly within FMCG, with a solid understanding of the UK retail landscape. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders effectively. Proficient with space planning and insights tools like JDA, Nielsen, and Kantar. Resilient, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and purpose-driven culture.
