Interim Chief Commercial Officer

Our Interim Management division here at Phipps Cameron are working with a PE-backed wealth management firm in London seeking an interim Chief Commercial Officer for an 18-24 month engagement to lead a complete transformation of their commercial division. The role The role involves diagnosing, planning, and implementing a restructure, improving performance, and evaluating and aligning a centralised GTM and KAM strategy, along with CRM optimisation and forming new partnerships. There’s also an option for an equity incentive tied to the next event and the potential for the role to become permanent after summer 2026.
