Job Title: Corporate Solicitor

You will be involved in a diverse mix of day-to-day advisory and transactional work, contributing to the continued success of the team.

Key Responsibilities: Assist Senior Associates and Partners on transactions. Manage various elements of deals including investments, M&A, and JV work. Handle work across the corporate team, covering private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board advice, partnerships, advisory, and restructuring work. Support senior fee earners on key transactional documents – SPA, investment agreements, JVA’s. Manage funding rounds, including negotiating areas such as share vesting and leaver provisions. Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements. Conduct corporate reorganisations and restructures.
Skills and Experience: High level of technical knowledge in corporate law, especially M&A and investments. Excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Capability to apply knowledge and experience to a broad range of transactions and clients.
Person Specification: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Enthusiastic team player. Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
