Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Home Respirator BusinessLocation: United KingdomReports To: Global Vice PresidentJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee our Home Respirator business in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the respiratory and sleep therapy markets, with a strong network in the field of Respiratory or CPAP.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in the UK market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and industry partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Global VP.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
