Join our clients Customer Support team and be the face of their business, ensuring that customers experience a smooth and efficient service every time. What you'll do: Process customer enquiries, orders, and change requests with speed and accuracy. Anticipate and resolve potential issues to provide seamless service. Work closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to meet customer needs at the best possible cost. Ensure clear communication, keeping all stakeholders informed of any supply changes. Handle complaints with professionalism, implementing solutions and preventative measures. Maintain accurate customer records and assist with account creation, pricing, and order placement. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Support team. What we're looking for: Experience in customer support or administration in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships. A problem solver who is curious, proactive, and detail-oriented. Experience working within a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
