We are a large B2B distributor of tattoo and body jewellery products in the UK. We are looking for someone to head up our marketing. You must have must have a strong interest in the body modification industry and an excellent knowledge of social media platforms.We have also recently just partnered with a large department store and will be opening a piercing studio of our own on Oxford Street London.We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to help overlook our team and conduct marketing strategies.We currently have three brands, a titanium jewellery range, solid gold jewellery range and tattoo supplies range, with plans to expand into creating a medical brand and other industries. All of our brands our distributed through our main website with all of these having separate social media accounts and someone assigned to scheduling the content and reply to messages.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Developing, implementing and communicate marketing strategy in collaboration with the company Directors and rest of the marketing team.Be responsible for the sourcing, output and performance of freelancers and agency partners.Coordinate and oversee our marketing team including photographers, digital marketing assistants, videographers, models and graphics artists.Undertake research and copywriting to create engaging blogs and campaigns.Designing and implementing PR strategy either in house or with an external agency.Use of Google Analytics; Facebook InsightsAttend events and represent the company when required. (We attend 10 plus tattoo conventions & jewellery shows per annum which you will be required to attend a number of . These are weekend events).Identify trends and opportunities for the company to deploy an relevant strategy.Be responsible for brand and tone of voice, and the evolution of the three brands over time.Conducting market and customer research and keeping up to date with trends and marketing movements.Ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to lead generation.Controlling budget and allocating resources amongst projects.Identifying relevant KPIs, accurate monitoring against these, and reporting back to the business on performance, and making recommendations for continual improvement.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:At least 10 years marketing experience with at least 3 managing roll.Experience of working with B2B SaaS software.
