Are you an experienced MRICS or FRICS qualified surveyor seeking to advance your career in a reputable firm? Their Lincoln office is now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Valuation Surveyor to join the established team. What will I be doing? Your responsibilities will include conducting commercial valuations, preparing valuation reports, carrying out reinstatement cost assessments, and creating expert witness reports. You'll also be involved in valuations for pension funds and support accounting and matrimonial purposes, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all your work. What do I need? Our client is looking for a candidate with MRICS/FRICS and Registered Valuer qualifications, significant experience in property valuations and commercial property assessments, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
