Nursery Practitioner - Camden - £28k - £32k - Full-time (Monday to Friday) Nursery Practitioner - About the role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will: * Create and deliver engaging activities that foster children's development across all learning areas. * Ensure the nursery provides a safe, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere. * Observe and record children's progress, using your expertise as a Nursery Practitioner to shape their individual development plans. * Work closely with parents and carers, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding the children’s progress. * Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards and contribute to a positive working environment. Key Requirements: To succeed as a Nursery Practitioner, you will need: * A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). * Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar early years setting. * A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). * Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
