Head of Payroll and Reward Operations

We are recruiting for a Head of Payroll and Reward for a permanent role within a large leading construction company.The role is a critical part of the Senior Management team in the HR shared service centre based in Rushden. You will have two team managers and a team 20 indirect reports across payroll, pension, and reward resources. Your team will support the administration of both the monthly, weekly payrolls and, reward and benefit administration. This team is a high performing one, but there is still some work to do to keep adding proactive value to the organisation, working very closely with finance, IT, and the HR CoEs.Essential Experience:Experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisationSignificant knowledge and experience in the reward and payroll operations spaceExcellent leadership and management skillsAbility to act as a conduit between different parts of the businessSense of urgency with an excellent attention to detailThis role is offering up a competitive salary plus benefits.
