The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsibilities Responsible for developing the company's sales strategy and sales plan to ensure that it is consistent with the overall strategy of the company and can effectively drive the realization of sales targets. Responsible for in-depth market analysis, understand market trends, competitor dynamics, and formulate corresponding market strategies and business development plans to support the company's growth and expansion. Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service and other departments to ensure that sales strategy and marketing activities are aligned to support the overall business objectives. Maintain good relationship with customers, understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction Qualifications 5+ years experience in channel business with new energy industry Experience generate and maintaining relationships with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills
