Senior Building Surveyor Permanent role Location - West Yorkshire or North Yorkshire A Senior Building Surveyor is required to join a Building Design Consultancy in West Yorkshire or North Yorkshire. The company are one of the largest multi-discipline building design consultancies in the North of England. They offer a broad range of services in Building Surveying, Civil & Structural, Highways and Drainage Engineering and more. Providing a variety of services including those relating to building pathology, design, project management, building surveys and contract administration Producing plans, sections and detail drawings for construction using AutoCAD for refurbishments, extensions, planned maintenance and new build projects Producing, submitting and managing planning, building regulation and listed building applications Carrying out site inspections and surveys Writing Building Survey reports Playing an essential part of a busy and professional team, providing the best and most cost-effective solutions for a varied property portfolio Responsibility to mentor junior members of staff, providing help and advice where required Senior Building Surveyor Requirements: Hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree Knowledge and substantial post degree experience of building surveying Proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk AutoCAD and NBS software Practical experience of applying knowledge of the RICS competence elements in a number of projects A full UK driving license and ability to travel when required --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
