Join my client in Hayes, as a Parts Advisor and embark on a journey where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their vehicles, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demands. Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Utilise industry-specific software to manage orders, track inventory, and generate reports. Stay updated on new products and technologies in the automotive industry to better serve our customers.Requirements: Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
