£450-£550 Weekly Pay (PAYE - No Umbrella Company)
New Directions are on the lookout for motivated and passionate individuals looking to make a start in their education career. As this is an unqualified position we are happy to accept applicants with a health and social care background or if you have worked in a child like environment. We have a range of FREE CPD training courses, from Safeguarding to Autism Awareness, which will teach you the relevant skills and attributes necessary for supporting children in our schools.
At New Directions We are committed to providing excellent and exceptional support to schools right across Liverpool and West Lancashire, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a heart for helping children with SEN.
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
Have excellent communication skills.
Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Be encouraging and supportive.
Have a positive attitude towards teaching and aiding students development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.
Be Passionate about children's education.
