About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Primary Division in a 360 role. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle-from sourcing and attracting candidates to developing and maintaining relationships with schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs.
- Source and attract talented candidates, including teachers, TAs, and support staff.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish (360 role), including interviewing, placement, and follow-up.
- Work to achieve targets with excellent earning potential through uncapped commission.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both schools and candidates.
- Stay informed about developments in the education sector to offer expert advice.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred, but not required (education recruitment experience is a bonus!)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
