Role: Customer Service Exec Location: Bedford Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 I am looking for a Customer Service Lead to join a friendly and talented team taking overall responsibility for customer service for a manufacturing business in Bedford. Taking customer enquiries Loading customer orders Updating customers Working with internal Sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Working with Logistics to ensure delivery dates are met Overall responsibility for updating the Sales order book.
