Customer Service Advisor - Permanent Role Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week £24,000 per annum - Leeds Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional service to students and work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Job Description Greet and assist students upon arrival Conduct check-ins for new customers Receive and store parcels, ensuring safe and accurate delivery Organise and distribute key fobs to residents Perform regular building walkthroughs to ensure safety and cleanliness Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service within industries such as student accommodation, hotels, build to rent, or retail. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and the ability to thrive in face-to-face interactions with customers. The successful candidate must be available for an immediate start and be flexible to work different shifts. They must also be seeking a permanent role within the student accommodation sector and have a clear work history for the last two years.
