An fantastic opportunity has arisen for a experienced b2b marketer to be part of an exciting launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of cross-channel marketing campaigns for our award-winning products.
You will be able to demonstrate juggling multiple projects, be able to interpret data to make recommendations, and be able to demonstrate an ability to make strategic business decisions.
Ideally looking for a candidate with exhibition or conference experience, who has had experience in launching new shows!
Travel:
Traveling to Amsterdam once per month (every other month)

Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of our products, customer, and competitive landscape and coherently translate these into effective strategies alongside the Marketing Director
Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and implement a year-round multi-channel marketing strategy connecting our customers’ needs and commercial drivers to achieve financial goals, increase engagement, and brand equity
Working closely with the Marketing Operations team to use data. To monitor customer behaviours and engagement trends, making recommendations on ways to adapt the marketing strategy. And feeding this into management.
Work with the digital content creator
Continuously evaluating campaign key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements
Reporting.
Devise, implement, manage and measure strategies to drive engagement and conversion rates of event attendees and members, turning prospects into advocates as they progress through the customer value journey
Research key media partnerships to gain maximum exposure

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- People management experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
