A global recruitment company is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their existing Legal team and provide integral legal support to their offices worldwide. They are a very busy team and are looking for a hard-working and pro-active individual to add to their very successful team!

The role:

• Use templates to prepare drafts of various third-party agreements such as non-disclosure/non-competition agreements.
• Review, redline and negotiate client contracts.
• Involved with international disputes and debt recovery procedures.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders as a first point of contact in relation to generic queries, response times, initial legal advice.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team such as liaising with stakeholders during international office set up, debt recovery reporting, contract management reporting, bank reporting, invoice management.
• Manage the Legal team’s central inbox, liaise with the team to allocate tasks and operate as a first point of contact for the business.
• Perform legal administrative tasks requested by senior members of the team, such as email filing, spreadsheet updates, document filing and organising client files.

About you:

• You’ll be a strong Legal / Paralegal with experience in a busy professional setting.
• Ideally have recruitment sector experience or experience in a sales business with multiple stakeholders.
• Be process & solutions driven.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work efficiently under pressure or to tight deadlines.
