An established and reputable law firm are seeking an experienced employment Associate with ideally 5-10 years PQ to join their dynamic employment team in Reading. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate with experience in employer, HR support, and senior executive matters. This position involves high visibility both internally and externally, playing a key role in business development with full Partner support. Key Responsibilities: Providing advice on employer and senior executive matters with a proven track record in employment law. Actively supporting the firm's growth and development in line with the business plan. Delivering high-quality commercial legal services while ensuring compliance with quality standards and professional ethics. Serving as an ambassador for the firm, promoting it in a positive light. Essential & Desirable Criteria: Qualified solicitor or member of the bar, FILEX. Specialist knowledge in employment law.
