Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer - TXM Recruit currently have an excellent opportunity to join a Facility Maintenance Team as a General Maintenance Engineer to work on a static hospital contract in Wickford The starting salary for this position is £37,000 - £38,000 working 40 hours per week. 1 in 4 week call out rota. Duties - · Replacing and repairing plug sockets, taps, light switches, extractor fans. · Painting and minor carpentry including patch plastering. · Emergency lighting, normal lighting, LED replacement wiring. · To carry out planned and reactive maintenance work Requirements – * 18th edition * City & Guilds Level 2 (desirable) * Driving license TXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer.
