JOB TITLE: Fabric Engineer / Facilities Engineer/ Handyman LOCATION:Site based - Portland Street, London SALARY: £36k 25 days holiday, pension Work for an ambitious company that values its staff CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Fabric Engineer / Facilities Engineer/ Handyman Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate You will have experience of working on building maintenance contracts previously, remedials to basic plumbing and building fabric including painting & decorating, floor tiles, doors, door handles, minor carpentry etc JOB INFORMATION - Fabric Engineer / Facilities Engineer/ Handyman As a maintenance Fabric Engineer / Facilities Engineer/ Handyman based on a luxury office block you would be responsible for the general building maintenance & fabric maintenance such as plastering, tiling, painting, minor plumbing, water testing, ppms of HVAC equipment, site compliance etc You would work alongside a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer as part of a 3 man team.
