Senior Estimator

Key Responsibilities: Analysing and compiling data to prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders Reviewing specifications and conducting detailed take-offs Communicating with internal teams and suppliers to gather necessary information Preparing comprehensive reports and presenting estimates to management Ensuring all estimates align with industry standards and company policies Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions Reviewing and incorporating changes in project scope or design into estimates Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and supplier practices Job Requirements: Experience in estimating within the gas mains and services replacement sector Proficiency in estimating software and tools Understanding of tender processes and financial documentation Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and report writing abilities Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Relevant qualifications or certifications in estimating or related fields If you have a strong background in estimating and are looking for a outside IR35 contract role, we would love to hear from you.
