Project Engineer - VMware & Windows Server- SC Cleared

A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for Security Cleared Project Engineers to join our VMware & Windows Server team for a 6-week contract based on-site in Central London. £400/day Inside IR35.The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining VMware and Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Build and configure VMware servers (version 6 and upwards).Build and configure Windows servers (Windows Server 2008 and upwards).Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of server systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware and Windows servers.Maintain documentation of server configurations and procedures.Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in VMware and Windows server management.Overtime may be required based on project needs.Experience RequiredProven experience with VMware (version 6 and upwards) and Windows Server (2008 and upwards).Valid Security Clearance.Strong understanding of general data centre technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant Certifications
