Job Title: Facade Site Manager Location: East London Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience) Are you a skilled Facade Site Manager seeking an opportunity to work with a first-class residential developer? We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team and manage façade works on a prestigious East London development. The Role As the Facade Site Manager, you will take the lead in coordinating all external envelope activities, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality façade finishes. Working closely with the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, managing site health and safety, and delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise façade installation, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards. Coordinate with design, construction, and project management teams to ensure façade works are executed according to the agreed specifications and timelines. Oversee and monitor subcontractors' performance, maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, ensuring that all works comply with safety regulations and design intent. Identify and resolve any on-site issues, providing technical support and problem-solving when necessary. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Facade Site Manager, ideally with a background in large-scale residential projects. Strong knowledge of façade systems, cladding, and external finishes. Comprehensive understanding of construction health and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
