We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team here at Network ROI! The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Delivery Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain, promote, and encourage the highest levels of service. * Attend new/updated service, systems, and client-related training (onsite/offsite as required). * Ensure effective communication with colleagues while working in a team and independently. * Identify and encourage operational improvements for the mutual benefit of co-workers, the company, and clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in project management software and tools (advantageous) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
