We are looking for talented individuals to join the JOSEPH brand!

As a store Supervisor you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by setting an elevated example within the store in relation to excellent customer service and effective merchandise presentation. You will also demonstrate commercial acumen while deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager where appropriate.

In addition, you will work to embody the Company’s values and objectives to ensure a seamless shopping experience for the client.

Actively drive sales and profitability in synergy with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Drive motivation and engagement within the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales budgets. Maximise sales opportunities and assist in the development of Sales Assistant’s techniques to achieve store sales targets & KPIs. Work to maintain, to a high standard, the shop floor & display merchandise. Support the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store, deputising in their absence. As a brand ambassador, work to build relationships with new clientele, and maintain with established clients. Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individuals’ needs and requirements.

You have strong people skills — you’re approachable, a good communicator & listener and empathetic. You have experience and knowledge of working within a luxury or premium retail band. You’re passionate about luxury fashion and eager to share that passion with others. You understand business needs and are motivated by sales. You show strong teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
