Following a continued period of expansion, we are seeking an office based Part-time Course Administrator to work flexible hours over 3 days per week (as a job share) to support our team and our clients.
Your role will cover everything from greeting delegates on course days through to booking training dates and preparing course materials.
Required skills/knowledge:
- Organised, self-motivated individual
- Calm under pressure
- Proficient in Word, Excel and other IT applications
- First class communication skills
- Previous office experience although full training will be provided.
Some of our clients throughout the UK and beyond include: EDF, The NHS, Mercedes-Benz South West, Mole Valley Farmers, Gregory Distribution, Appleby Westward/SPAR, Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service, North Devon Hospice and several councils.
