The role

  • Working as part of the People Helpdesk Team dealing with queries from internal colleagues.
  • Dealing with a variety of queries all related to people/ HR.
  • Answering queries via the phone and e-mail.
  • Escalating any queries to relevant Managers/ Teams where required.
  • Using software such as Workday, ticketing and tracking systems.
  • Assisting with updating intranet and FAQ's.

What you need

  • Either a recent degree in Human Resources or similar, or a minimum of 2 years experience within a contact centre role.
  • Must be IT savvy, ideally with Excel.
  • A basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ideally knowledge/ experience of Workday.
