Job Role: Welder Team Leader

Location: Mansfield

Salary: 35,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer who are looking for a Welding Team Leader to join their team.

Duties:

• Oversee the day to day of the shop floor activities
• Train and develop colleagues
• Report to the Operations Manager
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure welds are meeting the quality criteria
• Conduct toolbox talks with the team

Job Requirements:

• 5 years expeirence in light/medium engineering environment
• Experience with MIG & MMA Welding
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Experience leading a team
• Experience using various workshop machinery

Salary, Shift & Benefits:

• 35,000 per annum
• Days regular
