Resident Engineer

About the role of a Resident Engineer We are looking for a Resident Engineer with a Plumbing or Mechanical bias in Holborn. There are 5 areas to maintain but you will be based at 1 site mainly. The areas are a 15-20 minutes walk away or there is a van that can be used to move between sites. This van can also be used for personal usage. Responsibilities for the Resident Engineer Maintenance work on Plumbing/Mechanical systems this is both PPM and reactive work Shower head cleaning,AHUs and FCU's Some work on Hot water systems L8 water testing Working with one other engineer Requirements for Resident Engineer Minimum Mechanical NVQ Level 2 Previous Building Services experience Need to be competent with communication Time keeping is important for this client Lifting What we offer for the Resident Engineer Salary up to £40K No call out Van which can be used for personal usage Lots of training and progression available Pension Sociable hours - Mon-Fri - 8am-5pm If you want to hear more about the Resident Engineer role please apply with an up-to-date copy of your cv
