Maintain High Standards: Ensure that every aspect of service meets GBKs high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Support Operations: Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile. What You Bring: Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important. Leadership Skills: Youre a natural leader who knows how to inspire a team and get the best out of people. Customer Service Focus: You love working with people and have a knack for making customers feel welcome and valued. Team Player: Youre happy to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team, leading by example.
