As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
- Support, coordinate, and assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care.
- Lead patient care delivery during specified periods.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety policies.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Promote evidence-based practice.
- Apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
The Lead Theatre Practitioner role includes:
- Annual salary of up to £48,000.
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.
