We're seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team in a fully remote role with complete flexibility. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in selling managed IT services or related technology solutions. • Deep understanding of the managed IT services landscape, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and IT support. • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in managed IT services, allowing you to position our offerings competitively in the market. • Led the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation by collaborating closely with internal teams. • Gather client requirements and expectations and communicate them effectively to the technical team to ensure successful service delivery. • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term value. • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field (preferred). This should emphasize the expertise and experience needed specifically in the realm of managed IT services.
Responsibility: • Maintain exemplary sales practices and administration, setting a high standard within the team. • Identifying Prospective Customers: Be the driving force behind expanding our customer base by identifying and targeting potential clients in the UK and Europe Market. • Strategic Planning: Take the lead in authoring and executing strategic plans for key customers. Showcase your ability to think strategically and align plans with organizational objectives. • Engagement and Presentation: Connect with prospects, establishing strong relationships. • Project Management: Demonstrate your project management skills by developing, executing, and documenting client sales projects. • Sales Growth and Customer Relationships: Close sales deals, implement startup programs, and ensure continued relationship building and growth with customers after the sale.
