Account Director -Creative Agency
£50 – 60K per year + benefits

Looking for strategic client-focused Account Directors who are adept and skilled at all things client handling and creating a customer service-oriented experience for our client in a creative agency environment.
We are ideally looking to speak to candidates who are working on high-volume NPD accounts – such as fast fashion, high-street retail, mobile phone hardware / retail businesses, etc. due to the number of launches this brand over sees.
My client’s agency brand is an award-winning independent creative agency who have developed cutting-edge and innovative work for household brands across social and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has expertise in the following areas:
- Expert client handling skills, the ability to build strong trust and rapport at Heads of Marketing and CMO level
- Project Co-ordination ability
- The ability to influence and direct clients, acting as a confidant, and advisor, upselling and helping to grow their businesses
- Creating an environment to help retain the client’s business
- The ability to sell ideas to a client in a consultative manner
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders internally and externally to advance the client’s needs including ECDs, Heads of Strategy, Production, Project Management, etc
- Experience gained in a creative agency environment
