About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team full-time on a long-term basis. This position is newly created due to the expansion of our early years provision. The role involves teaching a vibrant class of young learners in our well-resourced EYFS setting. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons, fostering a love of learning, and supporting the development of each child’s individual potential. With a class size of approximately 20 pupils, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their early educational journey. The role stands out for its potential to influence and shape the educational experiences of our youngest students. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant EYFS experience. • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and best practices. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children, parents, and colleagues. • A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a commitment to fostering a stimulating learning environment. • Experience in a diverse, inclusive school setting is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS curriculum. • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. • Develop and implement individual learning plans to support the diverse needs of students. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance. • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and wellbeing.
