I have an exciting PPC Manager role with an ecommerce multichannel growth Agency based in central Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive biddable media strategies, with a 75% focus on search engines (e.g., Google Ads) and a 25% focus on social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads)Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaign performanceManage and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, GA4, Merchant Center, and relevant social media advertising platformsAnalyse campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and reporting dashboards to identify optimisation opportunitiesMake data-driven recommendations and implement strategic adjustments to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROICollaborate closely with clients and internal teams (Client management, PPC leads, Head of PPC and Paid social team) to ensure alignment with overall marketing goalsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and paid social advertising, including platform updates and emerging technologiesGenerate detailed and insightful reports to effectively communicate campaign performance and progress to stakeholdersOversee, nurture and manage 2 direct reportsQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Biddable Manager or similar role in a fast-paced agency environmentProven track record of success in driving targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI through paid media campaignsDemonstrated expertise in both PPC (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads)Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign budgeting, and media buying strategiesIn-depth analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decision-makingExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectivelyProactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Sounds like you? apply directly or send your CV to [email protected]
