About the Role
Position: Primary Teacher (Flexible Year Group – Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2)
Location: Dover, Kent
Start Date: January 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (with the possibility of extension or permanent placement)
Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) – Competitive, based on experience

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Role Responsibilities
As part of a supportive school environment, you’ll be responsible for:
Delivering the national curriculum in a way that captivates students’ interest
Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs
Creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
Collaborating with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support each child’s development
