Main Responsibilities Lots to do but lots of fun The Assistant Manager will be responsible for The business performance of the department Assisting the manager in forecasting the business in terms of covers and sales figures Assisting the manager in creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development Assisting the manager in determining restaurant occupancy and utilisation rates to facilitate best practice in turning tables Recruiting, training and motivating staff Staff performance management Effective rostering of staff in line with business needs Ensuring guest satisfaction through high quality service and good public relations Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety Checking stock levels and ordering supplies The Ideal Candidate Are you right for us?
