We’re seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Consultant (or Recruitment Consultant looking to embark on a career in L&D) to contribute to our ongoing success.
The role: As a Learning and Development Consultant at Forsyth Barnes, you will continue to enhance and shape the success of our sales performance. You will: Deliver engaging and impactful classroom training for our onboarding and continuous development programs. Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to boost individual and team performance. Coordinate all onboarding and training programs with relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Identify talent gaps and future development needs across the business. Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
About you? You will be a Learning and Development Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant looking to move into L&D, who is eager to develop your career and expertise, while improving the performance of others.
