Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: * Import coordination: Oversee every stage of the process, from tracking international shipments to preparing and managing all necessary import documentation. * Supplier liaison: Handle RFQs, raise purchase orders (POs), approve invoices, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. * Customer management: Respond to client inquiries, prepare accurate quotes and process orders through to invoicing. * Procurement & stock control: Manage direct and indirect purchasing, oversee forecasting, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and 3PL partners. * Shipping operations: Take charge of UK and international shipping logistics, ensuring compliance with import regulations and smooth delivery. * Cost-saving initiatives: Drive process improvements and implement cost-saving strategies that boost operational efficiency, with a proven track record of delivering results.
