Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand customer challenges, goals, and business context.
• Present the company's product and its value through tailored demonstrations.
• Own the technical aspects of the sales process, including discovery, qualification, scoping, and evaluation management.
• Build strong technical relationships with customers and address their concerns.
• Coach customers on best practices and diagnose deployment issues to deliver maximum value.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or sales engineering roles with enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC, DevOps, and DORA delivery metrics.
• Software development experience (language and technologies to be specified).
• Familiarity with software development toolchain (specific tools to be specified).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, especially [specific CI/CD tool].
