Senior Paralegal

Private Client ParalegalJob Type: Full-timeLocation: CheltenhamSalary: circa £30.000/annum DOEWe are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our top-ranked Private Client department, providing expert legal support to one of the leading Private Client Partners. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client care and a desire to further their legal career within a supportive environment. The role offers a great opportunity to exposure to high net-worth clients, London based and international, and possibility to assist and learn from one of the best Lawyers in the UK.Day to Day of the Role:Onboard new clients, open files, and handle client due diligence and relevant checks.Assist in drafting Wills, Trusts & Lasting Powers of Attorney.Manage the distribution of estate, including generating requisition slips for payments and obtaining bank details for recipients.Communicate regularly with clients and third parties via phone, email, or in person.Maintain an up-to-date appointment and reminder diary and make appointments, as necessary.Ensure confidentiality and security of all practice and client documentation/information.Provide photocopying support and answer calls as needed.Meet with clients in person for document signing or to address queries.Required Skills & Qualifications:Law degree and at least 2 years of Private Client legal experience - necessary.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong time management skills with accuracy and attention to detail.Numeracy and IT proficiency.Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks effectively.Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and with external parties.Readiness to travel to London assisting the Partner, when needed.How to Apply:To apply for this Private Client Paralegal position, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role.
