They will ensure the food quality and freshness is maintained, and will ensure consistency by following the signed off specification recipes. Key Responsibilities:To oversee and organise each section's stock and ingredients in both preparation and stock holding.To ensure a first-in-first-out rotation system and check all food is correctly dated and labelled.
